Privacy Policy
PDF Toolbox processes document contents on your device. The site has no document-upload endpoint or user accounts. Analytics and advertising are currently disabled.
Document processing
When you select a file, the browser reads it into memory, processes it locally and creates a download. Engine and language files may download on first use. Local processing does not guarantee accuracy or compatibility; inspect important outputs. Read Aloud offers only voices identified by the browser as local.
Website hosting
The site is served through Cloudflare. Requests for pages and assets necessarily provide network information, including an IP address and user agent, to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security processing is distinct from document contents, which the PDF tools do not upload. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics, ads and browser storage
No Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, and no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded. Some tools and browser engines may cache program files and OCR language data. A consent choice from an older version may remain in local storage. See browser storage details.
Email and newsletter
Contact and newsletter links open your email application. Nothing is sent until you send the email. Information you choose to email, including your address and message, is handled through email services and used to respond or manage your requested subscription. Please do not send confidential PDF files. Request removal or unsubscribe by emailing [email protected].
External software and links
Guides may link to third-party software and documentation. Those services have their own privacy practices. The local-processing description applies to PDF Toolbox's browser tools, not every linked application.
